One...

of natures amazing beasts!!  But what is it?... does anyone know?

Quiet Sunday... showers and sunshine..and a good temperature.. can't ask for more!

After some research I now know it is a Plume Moth of which there are over 35 species in the uk... if anyone knows more I would be interested.  All the pictures I have found do not show any with a split v shaped tail or that they are as hooked as this one is.  Any info gratefully received :)
