I managed to knock a few things off of the list at work today, albeit at quite a leisurely pace, which was very welcome!

I did get caught in an almighty downpour on my ride in though, so spent the rest of the day with cold, wet socks, which was less than enjoyable!

Without wanting to sounds like a party animal after the weekend that I had had, Phil and I decided to go for a couple of beers after work and have a long overdue catch up. Speaking to him made me realise how good I feel in myself at the moment, which is a pretty drastic change compared to this time last year!
