Beating The Heat

with a melon.

Actually it was a quarter of a very ripe and juicy watermelon.  Accompanied here by a bottle of Apfelsaftschorle.

And it still wasn't enough.

After the pleasant lull yesterday, the heat returned with a vengeance.  I left the office when it got to 32°C.  It isn't conducive to clear thinking at all.

Came home to discover my new desk has arrived.  That can be an adventure for another day.  Today is about staying cool.
