Little Monkey!

I ought to have blipped Gollum in his new home today, but that will have to be some other day as I had to blip this picture of lille Baby Easy trying to climb out of the puppy pen this morning. She is like a little monkey :-D
She was so ready to move on to new and bigger adventures. So were the rest of the pups.

And don't worry - no pup was hurt in the making of this blip. I took the pictures. Helle ran to save the pup.

It has been a tough day and I feel exhaused. The 4 puppies Vega, Bambus, Easy and Fifty were collected by their new owners and even though I know they all have fantastic families to go to, it was still very sad to see them go.

At 3 pm, when the last pup had left, Helle and I suddenly realized that we had new puppies too. Suddenly Ex-it and Gollum were no longer just one of the puppies. They were part of our two packs.

So we put all our 8 dogs (4 each) in our cars and drove to a small lake and let them swim and play. We then took them for a little walk in the woods. It was only a small walk as the pups got tired quickly. It was ok though as the older dogs had been swimming too. They didn't need a bigger walk.

Gollum cried a bit in his crate on the way home, but then he fell asleep and slept the rest of the way. When he came home, I sat with him in his puppy pen and played with him. He also got some food, which he ate. When he fell asleep, I left him in his puppy pen and he is now fast asleep. So are the older dogs.

We have heard from most of the pups and it seem that they are all doing very very well in their new homes. Wonderful news.
