A Whirl Of Trouble

Here is the Abstract Thursday Challenge, week 2 of 5, for July only. AT2.

From my July 1 blip here is a suggestive for going abstract:
The Philosophy: In this case, certainly we are artists, so from this starting point we should not attempt to represent external reality, but seek to achieve its effect using shapes, forms, colors and textures.
Only a hint, and everyone has there own idea, manipulation or subtlety. Certainly no parameters here.
And leave a note or two or extra about how you did it, if you are so inclined, so we can learn from each other's abstract thoughts.

Last night's movie was Unbroken and I had a hard time saying just where I would rate this. Impeccable production values, acting and cinematography, but the violence, rooted in a true World War II prisoner story was at times dramatically affecting. And then there's the spirit of determination to survive. Well, shoot me please.
So in the end, I would like to think that most would walk away from this, hating less, not wanting to squash every person who looks, thinks, acts and professes different from themselves. There is a whirl of trouble out there, hope we can fix it, by not being part of the problem.
