Pink Spice

I have two gardening projects on the go at the moment. One of them is a 4m x 3m flower bed at the holiday lodge. This gives me the excuse to visit garden centres!

On Tuesday I chose three plants for Amber Nook, we went out there and planted them today. One of them was this cranesbill. I love cranesbills, they are so reliable in being willing to stay alive and spread. This 15cm high beauty, Pink Spice, will cover 90cm.

Actually, now I read the label, it has an RHS Award of Garden Merit. Another thing I have learnt from the label is that it retains its foliage through the winter!
