Seedling flowers

We're back in Belgium and the two days of absence were enough for two new seedling flowers to appear. So it seems last Tuesday's bud was of a pink cornflower (I had no idea there even were pink cornflowers, centauria cyanus) , as you can see there soon will be precious blue cornflowers too. And we've also got a dwarf morning glory, convolvulus tricolor.
I'm still in a bit of a shock after hearing last night that one of our Scottish friends has died very suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving a doting but ill husband and a far away daughter behind. She was the carer for her husband, so this is very worrysome apart from all the sadness and shock. It did remind me that we should indeed seize the day everyday, because who knows what tomorrow may bring.

Thanks very much for your kind comments, stars and even a fave on yesterday's tutsan yellowness.
