The Stresses of Renewing Car Insurance

It's been one of those days.  The renewal quotation had increased significantly, almost double last years.  We three still have no record of claims, wrongs, incidents, points, accidents, etc, etc, etc.  This includes our under 25 driver, which suddenly seems to be making the difference to the price.   

So on the phone (shortest call 31 minutes), filling in on-line forms, and as I type this, the situation is still not resolved.  We are negotiating let us say. 

And no, I haven't bought a Smart car.  I found this toy in desperation when looking for something relevant to record the moment.
