Hidcote Garden, Cotswolds

An Arts and Crafts garden created by Major Lawrence Johnston. The design is like a series of rooms. High hedges, each one is different. This is the Bathing Pool Garden. Every way you turn, you see something different. So much colour, a gem of a place.

We also visited The Courts Garden at Holt, another National Trust Property. A beautiful water garden. The extra is one of the pools there.

Before we left Bradford on Avon, we visited the Tithe Barn, the largest in the country, and enjoyed a walk along the canal. A lot of activity at the lock at the wharf.

We are now in a delightful old cottage near Stratford. Much enjoying our roadtrip.
