Mono-Monday: Summer Hummer

These magical little hummingbirds are certainly a part of our summer from May to September, and a shot of one of them  seemed appropriate for the Mono-Monday Summer challenge, in spite of the fact that they are much nicer in color.   

I fell behind with my blips when we went away Saturday for a stay with friends on Gibson Island.  If you are so inclined, have a look at the reason for our getaway and some amazing Ospreys.
