Roast vegetables

Roast beetroot and roast parsnips - my favourite! Mr hazelh excelled himself this evening with this wonderful plate of vegetables with roast chicken.

We spent most of the day indoors avoiding the lousy weather. I blogged while Mr hazelh played guitar.
