Sea trout starter at Norn

After work Mr hazelh and I met ArcLight, Ridgeback13 and alfthomas at Norn for a 7-course supper. (There were actually 9 courses in total if you counted the crab amuse bouche at the very beginning and the warm raspberry on a spoon at the end.)

I think that this early course of sea trout can safely be described as a starter. To see nearly everything else that we were offered pop over to Ridgeback13's blip for today. She's captured all the dishes except for the lamb main course and the raspberry on a spoon.

It was a wonderful weeknight evening out, with excellent chat to accompany the amazing food. We're all looking forward to our next get-together over a meal in festival time. Some other blippers will be invited to join us at the table on that occasion.

Exercise today: morning running loops, sit-ups, weights, and a little walking (5,345 to Leith and back).
