Daisy Daisy...............

Pretty chilled day, after a hectic week we have slowly run out of steam today.........we had a late ish night at the quiz (thought we'd done really, but three other teams did even better :-/ ) we were awake just after 6, when we could really have done with another couple of hours ;-)

We had to do some housework today and go grocery shopping as ordinary things have been a little neglected this week. My sis paid us a visit whilst she was over our way, so we all had a bite of lunch and a cuppa together. Emily was busy watching a Barbie DVD......a change from Monster Inc ;-)

We have had a prawn and crayfish salad, with new potatoes for dinner, as we needed something lighter and healthier after a week of indulging in foods we don't normally eat ;-)

Mum and partner are back now, so they have taken over with playing games this evening.

We are going to try and watch the Tatton Flower Show followed by Gardeners World and then the Athletics on TV......we havnt watched anything at all so far this week ;-)'

The weather today has been pretty miserable, rained harder this afternoon but I did manage to grab this shot of our daisies which are looking pretty good right know :-)

Weekend is upon us......hope the weather is drier tomorrow......still got things to plant!
