The church's one foundation

Finally stopped having to record the remains of a church (which is only 180-odd years old). This means that more teams are free to help with the excavation of the cemetery.
Sadly, it also means that the heavy plant moves in to use a hydraulic pecker to break up the massive foundation-stones. We now have to wear ear-plugs.

One good thing is that, as you can see, we are digging in a fairly deep, soft sand. I can't begin to imagine how much of a nightmare this site would be if it was on clay...
