101 Courgette Recipies

It's that time of year again!

Between my brother and my dad we get inundated with courgettes.

It's just as well both me and Dawn love them!

Tonight I used one up with lamb mince in gravy, with mushrooms and peppers, with roasted scalloped potatoes.

We still have three to use ... wish me luck!
