Grevillea

I spotted this Grevillea shrub in the boys school grounds when i went to collect them this afternoon, the flowers were still heavy with rain droplets from the heavy downpour we had during the night, more rain is forecast for tonight too some areas could expect flooding!? maybe this is what Anniemay means by "raining stair-rods"? I hope we don't get washed away? ...

one of these days my little men Jacob 9 and Koen now 12 will pose for their Nan for a blip or even just "sit" both hide when the camera comes out, I may have to succumb to bribery, Koen is growing up so quickly, Jacob is going through a growth spurt and hasn't stopped eating!!....
