Au Revoir Saumur

This unusual bycicle 'storage' reminded us of ET's flying bike! There were two hanging outside of hotel balconies, aparently something to do with the recent bike festival in Saumur. It would certainly prevent theft and make for a quick getaway (if one could fly!)
We said our goodbyes to our friends in Saumur after a wonderful reunion. Everyone got on well including the teenagers and we all enjoyed speaking franglais. Of course Helene and I have been friends since were 15 years old and did our first exchange but we are pleased to find our children now get on well too. On s'est bien amuse, merci les amis.
