Open Water Swimming at the AOG

The leading pair of mallards are seen streaking ahead with a clear lead on the rest of the pack. Close to the finish line at The Barge PH, the British swimmer is taking the gold medal with USA winning silver but there's still a lung bursting battle for bronze. It seems bread in the water was what the Brit needed for that extra impetus.

In Hertford today I had my hair cut super short at the back and the fringe re-pinked, just in time to meet Tony for a passport photo shoot and catch the AOG Open Water Swimming on the canal.

Meanwhile I caught up on those out due to injury. Dave has his femur pinned on Friday but is now due to have the clavicle done too. No quick return home for him. Zoe has had her ovarian cyst removed but the operation took 8 hours and she had to be resuscitated twice. That girl has had no luck at all.
