Mixed Weather

The plan today was to start early and finish early  -  then apart from a podiatrist appointment the rest of the day would be free for blipping,  but as often happens the weather being wet and miserable conspired against me.  I took this on the way back from the podiatrist and I had to wait in a lay by for about fifteen minutes until the heavy downpour abated  -   just long enough for me to nip out of the car and take a few shots. 

It looks like it could be a nice evening, but I'm out of energy now and just want a bit of quiet time;  I think I'll just relax and think about what I might blip for Tiny Tuesday.
