Sweet potato, honey and cumin bread rolls

A very enjoyable day just pottering. Made these rolls in the afternoon using a large sweet potato. Had to add much more flour to the dough before it stopped resembling a batter. Perhaps the potato was too big.

They taste good though, glazed with more honey and cumin we had them with Moroccan Peppers for supper.
