Elecampane - Inula helenium

My Elecampane is beginning to fade and so I have taken a photo today before it becomes too bedraggled. It has followed me around for most of my life and I've always regarded it as a garden flower. Not so it seems from this LINK.  It is a really happy flower and brings a bit of sunshine to the garden even when the sun refuses to shine!  Have a nice Sunday, Everyone:-)
