Emerging!

Walking up to church this morning I spotted one or two gardens with Agapanthus in full flower. As you can see mine are just emerging.

We have some white ones a little further out. It I don't kno why they are so late. In the spring I usually notice our daffodils are a little later than others in the neighbourhood. Maybe our garden is a little more exposed.

Another mystery. Decided to walk up past the church and look for some Elderberries. About 2 months ago I photographed the Elderflowers https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2060077218188496752 on the bushes in the school next door, today there wasn't a sign of a single berry!
