Messy

The Little Misses were in full creative flow today!
There are currently dozens of paintings drying on the radiator (and floor!) Trees and sky and birds and butterflies from Miss E, more abstract creations from Miss L. Plus a fair bit of paint all over the table and carpet. Oops!
Swimming for Miss E first thing followed by her weekly visit to Harris + Hoole with Mr K.  When she got back with her pocket money toys (their new must-have toys - Shopkins!) Miss L was distraught and wanted to go back immediately to spend her pocket money. Mr K took them back and they all had lunch as well as buying more tat special toys!
When they got home we tried to get them to sit and watch Jurassic Park but they were having none of it and took themselves off to their own rooms to play on various electronic devices.
I lured them out with a documentary about the Atlantic. Miss E - our budding marine biologist - was rapt! 
They had half an hour in the garden running in and out of our new sprinkler. Before pathetically declaring that it was too cold and dashing in to run themselves a nice warm bath. And staying in it for hours in their swimming costumes and goggles!
I abandoned them to Mr K and went to follow Watford's progress with a nice cup of tea. 
Still unbeaten in the Premier League, woohoo!!!!
