Greenbank Gardens

Visited the National Trust property at Greenbank Gardens this afternoon, and enjoyed a walk around.  The gardens are situated in the south of Glasgow, and were gifted to the National Trust in 1976, with the proviso that it should become a gardening advice centre.

It is well maintained and was very lush today as we walked around.  I liked the water feature 'Foam' which was first seen at the Empire Exhibition at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow in 1938, and has eventually been sited at Greenbank.

Another beautiful day, sunny and warm.
