Bee dinner

I was out this evening photographing the tui in the blossom tree again.  This one was happily feeding on nectar when the bee got too close and she snapped at it.  

I've never seen one do that before so I rapidly tried to focus on it.  Didn't get the focus quite on the eye but I'm pretty  happy with it.  What really surprised me was that the tui then ate it.  I've never seen a tui feed on anything but nectar!
