A summer day

Summer returns for a brief appearance today. We head to the walled garden at Crathes Castle. Lucky with the parking as there were many people around and even the overflow car park was quite full, we got into the normal car park.

There were also a couple of coaches and as we walked around we heard several foreign languages being spoken, the majority being German.

The garden is looking good despite, or because of, the rain. Nonetheless there was a bare patch in this flower bed, which I have filled in when processing the the photograph
