Whitby 'statue'

As soon as I arrived back from work, MrM and I packed up the car, hitched up the caravan and headed off to Whitby for Folk Week. No stall this year, so we're just 'folkies' on holiday!

The stewards at the school campsite found us a pitch next to June, a good friend from Wakefield, who promptly produced tea and cake!

No idea what this guy is supposed to be, but he was an admirably still 'statue' - until someone put some money in to his collecting tin! Then he pedalled a couple of times and his bike made an alarming noise, causing nearby small children (and unsuspecting adults) to jump.
