A Day Worth Recording

By Cheeseminer

A Very British Bank Holiday

Firmly drizzly; and the heating is on. (It wouldn't be if we didn't have guests tonight).

Swapped some family today.  M and Caitlin left, and Ellis has arrived.

Otherwise a bit of a loose-end'y day. Sorted some touristy-place leaflets, throwing away ones that turned out to be for 2007.

Did some twitting - never saw the point of Twitter as an engineer, or indeed as a human, but as a business it does seem to make some sort of sense.  It's a bit like writing small ad's and casting them out into the ether.  During 'Worcestershire Hour' we all do this to each other in a manic flurry of virtual snippets of paper, hoping some of them stick somewhere.  Oddly, we've got some useful contacts and leads this way.

Winding down now.
