Between After-Summer & Rough Rainy Autumn

My first thought this morning was: “Garbage”. Not: “Goodmourning Day”. Not: “Should get up Now”. As I walked the grey container down the driveway, the tits were flying in and over from all sides. It was only then, that I experienced this tiny feeling of joy.

The weather did not look good. Even under the blanket it had been chilly during the night. The new day started with a drizzle. In the West a slight glow of daylight came through the clouds. Over the eastern Brandenberg only misty clouds to see. Just a week ago we escaped the severe heat in the shadowy outdoor swimming pool. You would harldly believe it.

Meanwhile - in the course of the morning - the sun showed up again, now & then. Patches of blue came in the sky. And we could warm ourselves up on the balcony. How dependend we are from these weather conditions. What would I write if it wasn’t The Main Topic.

Downhill in a lower street a chimney starts to smoke. Someone still missed the sun outside and needed fire. Or...perhaps he knew that this sun was not going to stay for long. More darkness and rain to come. We showed some bravery by starting our afternoon walk, well prepared against  the rain. And look! Down at the riverside the sun appeared again. Pffft!
