One&Two&Three

Walking, blipping and writing. That may sound monotonous. But it isn’t. You can repeat this One&Two&Three in a dull or in a selfrenewing, creative way. You can repeat actions, activities in an automatic, mindless manner. Like in an unconscious ritual. But such a ritual is not what Kierkegaard called “Wiederholung”: to return into the deepest source of your original inspiration and bring back this unique renewal of yourself  to the surface of this moment.

Early this morning I walked down to the Sout East Riverside. Greeted the grazing sheep and sat there breathing for a while. In the valley the golden glow of the rising sun played back and forth over the green mountainsides. The heavy clouds multiplying in the course of the day untill around 3 pm. we took courage to climb up the Brüggenfelder Forestroad and found ourselves on the fieldways of the wide and vast Uplands which give way and descend towards the Western Weservalley: Würgassen, Lauenförde, Beverungen.

It was a long and very beautiful walk: we took some time-out on a bench under The Three Trees. From there you can fly over the valley, mount up again at Herstelle with its Big White Cloister Site, neighbouring the Castle. Walking and sitting together there at that magical Triple Tree Site has been a spiritual event. Hopefully an experience to share in this photo and this journal. One&Two&Three.
