All Saints Church, Greetwell

Another lovely sunny day so I suggested to Julie that we popped out to a little church we had seen from the riverbank walk we often take along the  Witham.
This is All Saints Church Greetwell  , It is a Grade II* listed building, dates back to the 11th Century and was built to serve the Medieval Village of Greetwell. The village is no longer in existence and so the Church sits in beautiful farmland as a haven of peace and tranquillity. Over the last few years it has undergone significant restoration, it holds about 70 people.
We was lucky when we arrived there was a bit of work going on so we was able to go in and have a look round and take a few shots.I have posted a few more shots HERE including the inside ones.
