MonoMonday: Mood

So, the weather today has certainly been moody - rain then sun, then back to rain again ...

The sky looked very moody, so I hope that comes across in this shot. This derelict building has been becoming more and more dilapidated and dangerous as the years progress. The mood of the place is one of waste and hopelessness and despair. A proposed project hasn't taken off because of, it seems, some objection from residents. Like, this is better ....
