You don't have to be mad to work here ....

But it helps.

Manic week but I feel like I have coped well, even if I did resort to junk food to keep my energy levels up. I will compensate by going to the gym and running like a banshee. I will of course do this on the treadmill. To do it anywhere else in the gym would draw unwanted attention and result in me hitting a wall pretty shortly after setting off.
