Mt Pleasant Bluffs

I had a wonderful outing with the Over Forties Tramping Club today; a day tramp up to Mt. Pleasant and then an interesting sidle around under the massive bluffs. There was fascinating green, white and red mosses and lichen growing all over the rugged rocks, and even one determined and successful tree. There were 15 of us on the tramp today; such a great bunch of people - I loved it. We walked 14.2km - I think I'll sleep well tonight!

There's another image in Extras, of a windblown tree, surviving on a windswept paddock, overlooking Pegasus Bay. We had fabulous views - I wish I could post more :)
