What a walk! 

"I knew you'd enjoy it!" S said, as he took me up Kinder via a path that follows one of the streams that tumbles down to the valley.  We scrambled and climbed up the gorge and then boulder hopped double-quick back down Jacob's Ladder to Edale.  Fantastic!
