Trellech Walk

Due to the weather and a holidays it must be about a month since we took our friend, Theresa's dogs out for a long walk. We have becme quite attached to them and missed them.

They were delighted to see us and the pup, Honey (2 years) was trying to get in the car before the tailgate was open, and sliding down. So funny to watch!

We started at The Narth, near Trellech which is a few miles out of Monmouth. The walk is No 8 in The Wye Valley Ramblers book and after 5.5 miles we returned to the car.

The blip picture is of a fern that the sunlight fell on and it begged to be photographed.

After the walk we visited Monmouth and bought some christening stuff for Talulah who is getting Christened this weekend in Hull. It's too far for us to go but they are good friends, the ones who invited us to share their villa in Croatia last week.

Even though it's my days off, I've been given a job this evening and tomorrow afternoon. We're away again shortly so nice to get some in.
