Back Bending Day

There was a collective sense of relief that we weren't repeating the Half Moons of yesterday. Until we were put through a boot camp drill of Chair pose, jump into Chaturanga, Upward Dog, Chaturanga, jump into Chair, repeat, repeat, repeat.

Several back breaking exercises later it was back-bending Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel pose). Failing arms make for failed attempts. Belt (pictured) to the rescue: bind those flailing arms and up we go like a rocket.
