The old Old Man Flyer

As it was such a nice evening I decided to go out for a little ride. So I donned my cycling gear : trainers, T shirt and a pair of brown corduroy jeans - which I happened to be wearing already. How handy.
The first 4 miles was all uphill, the middle 4 miles roughly level and the last 4 miles all downhill. That's Malvern for you.
