Swan's Feather

We are off for a few days visiting KatKatkat in Edinburgh, and  as usual we broke our journey at Annandale Water Services.  Incase we got no more chance for photography I took a walk round the services to the "lake" at the back.

For once there was little or bird activity on the lake.  I took a few general scenic shots but there was a danger that they would be very like others I have taken before.

Walking away from the water I spotted a swan's feather covered in dew.  I am reasonably pleased with the result.

I will back blip the rest of our Solace holiday etc when I get home.
