Rudbeckia Tigereye Gold

Another day round the Lodge working on the Verandah.Most of the wrecking work has been completed so the work was mainly staining the new joists and giving the existing woodwork a coat or two of wood preservative while it is easily accessible.

Again it is a desperation blip so I wandered round the garden looking for inspiration.  The flash of colour from the Rudbeckia the decision was made.  The rudbeckia have already had one flush of flowers this summer, started again and is providing a good show.
