Fiery...

...might well describe the sky as the sun set this evening, but equally would apply to daughter #1's throat after her tonsillectomy this morning!  She went in at 7am and returned to us 12 hours later, looking really quite good in the circumstances! Her dear bf spent the entire time (well not in the operating theatre, obviously) with her, which we thought might even be going beyond the call of duty until we discovered that Sky Sports was available in her room...

Again a late blip as I try to catch up with myself - posting this Sunday, nothing else to offer as I took my camera out to Epping forest today with no SD card!!!
