My new friend

When we woke up it was dull , but still warm.
No electric, so had to visit a local cafe for breakfast. ( full English for less than£2. each)
Then off to Kalk Bay where I made a new friend!

Such an interesting old fashioned harbour.
Watched them bringing in the catch of Yellow Fin and Snoek.
Had a look round the craft shops.
Also went to look at the house where MrC's great uncle lived at the beginning of the 1900's.
Too full for a proper lunch, and so just had a coffee and a huge piece of lemon meringue pie!
Sun came on the way back, and then home along the coast road, right beside the beautiful white sand dunes and sea.

Had a rest and a read, before out for our evening meal, of fresh fish,calamari, and chips!
