Ginkgo Biloba

I think I need more blood to the brain. I should take a Ginkgo supplement! I suggested we go out this afternoon to Ambleside so that I could look at the autumn colours. I am planning a day around Rydal Water and I wondered if the trees had coloured up yet.

I fell asleep in the car and needed strong coffee revive me at the garden centre.

I enjoyed the afternoon out and managed to escape from Hayes without spending more than £6!
