Frosty Morning

We were surprised be the weather when we stepped out of the lodge, It was one of those mornings combining fog, frost and sunshine. We would have loved to have gone around the lakes with the cameras but, there was work to be done!

We went to The Wood Workshop to use the saws there for a few last tricky bits of decking that needed cutting. It was a day of finishing off, adding the trim to the raw ends of the boards. Cutting mitres. Accurate measuring. Working out which way the blade had to point when the work had to be turned over for cutting. Scary!

We finished! We got it all done! Hurrah! Thank you that Best Mate!

Now all the tools and mess have to be cleared away, our personal stuff has to go back home, really good clean-up, ready for visitors on Saturday.
