Delicately Munching

Lens poking through the hedge he was looking at me sideways!

Dating from 700,000 BC the first horse remains were found in Suffolk from the Middle Pleistocene age and finds from the Ice Age have been recovered from quite a few sites in England.

Apart from transportation they were used in warfare, pulling agricultural machinery  and industry till steam power took over.

I would argue therefore that this shot of a horse qualifies for the mono Monday challenge 'origins', as horses were used to pull all sorts of vehicles in Britain by at least 2500 BC and have been pivotal in our development over time.

I am trying to get back to everyone to say massive massive thank yous to everyone who has left comments , stars and hearts on my tiny kingfisher yesterday.  Really thrilled!! You never know till you get them back on the computer how the shots are going to look. It is really very kind and just glad you like it!
