Vacant, empty, unoccupied, unfilled, free, available, void, not in use, unused, deserted, abandoned, uninhabite.

One of the warmest days in a while but people still weren't tempted to sit and relax.  Maybe because it was raining earlier and it wasn't until late afternoon that the sun came out.
