Assessment Day Two - In the Spotlight

Day two of our assessment.  Assessor called me out after interviewing one of our team, they usually do this when something is seriously wrong so I was wound up when this happened.  After a good, health discussion ;) we eventually resolved the issues.

Still teaching me how to suck eggs today, how I kept my cool I’ll never know.
