Cigs

Easter Road

A day best described by the weather forecasters as a mixed bag.

So after a gentle morning (a euphemism for sleeping off slightly too much wine the previous evening, me and my partner in crime went off on a head clearing wander along the FIfe Coastal Path - it does what it says on the tin)

After 9 and a bit miles of bracing sea air, we came back and as a reward for our efforts, we dined at the Kings Wark - she had fish cakes and I had smoked haddock on black pudding, mustard mash with a poached egg on top; all very tasty. The reason we were at the Kings Wark? Other than it's a decent dinner? Cigs, obv.

Before popping in for dinner I took a slightly devious route to get there that involved passing this silver pen on red door combo. To be fair, the rain had largely abated after the first hour soaking we got out walking, but the evidence of the downpour lingered on throughout the day.

And the extra is going to feature on ITV4's new series of 'When Light Trails Go Wrong"
