Morning walk

Short walk with MrM and Louie this morning up to Bell's Valley Cottage. It's not far from Wooler Common, but the track soon takes you up in to the hills. Felt more wintry than of late, and there was a slight nip in the air.

Unfortunately, the forecast was right for today - soon after we arrived back to the flat the rain started. But I managed a little work in the courtyard before it became too heavy - several pots in place and full of compost. Rained torrentially all afternoon, and MrM's workshop has sprung leaks again... sigh!

Maybe some R&R is in order this evening?!
