Mud'dles

Patio: Two steps forward and step sliding down the hill.  Having deployed a laser level we find that the curvature of the Earth is rather tighter than we thought it was.

Compromise is going to be having a fairly significant wall at the front face. The alternative would be to bring the levels down further at the house but that doesn't appeal much.

Here the guys are replacing the happy thoughts previously supporting the stone steps, with a large thunk of concrete.

DellCon4 games weekend starts tonight but I've gone down with a miserable cold/cough/temperature.  Typical.  So I'm hiding in bed, albeit with the laptop and the Karate Kid DVD.
